MEMO · Sep 1 — Pharmacy, to all nursing staff

PHARMACY — TO ALL NURSING STAFF

Standing order 114 (supportive feeding, adult inpatient) is reissued unchanged for the quarter.

Wards are reminded that items drawn against 114 do not require a further requisition and should be signed for on receipt at ward level, not at pharmacy.

This has been the arrangement for eleven years. It is restated only because two wards have begun sending the paperwork back.
